Story: The film starts just where the previous film ended, with the Parr family confronting the Underminer and failing to stop him from robbing Metroville Bank. Due to the commotion caused by the incident, Rick Dicker informs the Parrs that his department's "Super Relocation" program is being shut down, forcing Supers across the world to permanently adhere to their secret identities. Soon thereafter, Bob and Helen, along with family friend Lucius Best (Frozone) are contacted by Winston Deavor, a superhero fan and the owner of DEVTECH, a telecommunications corporation.
